68: Fred Hughes

Fred Hughes is a local historian, author, former Policeman and ex politician.

I spent a lovely hour chatting with him a couple of Saturdays ago.

For full disclosure I've enjoyed many a chat with Fred over the years I've lived in North Staffordshire thanks to working at BBC Radio Stoke.
